What Sama Consulting collects, why, and how long we keep it. No analytics, no tracking and no cookies — only what you choose to send us through a form.

Sama Consulting Services Corp is a consultancy incorporated in Ontario, Canada, operating from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We are the organisation responsible for the personal information described here. Questions about any of it go to Contact@samaconsulting.ca.
We do not collect anything about you simply for visiting. There is no analytics on this site, no advertising or tracking scripts, and no profile is built from your browsing.
We receive personal information only when you choose to send it through one of our forms:
We use what you send to answer you, to quote for work, and to keep a record of the enquiry so we know who has been replied to. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Enquiry records are held while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up where we left off. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it — for example where it forms part of an engagement record we have a legal or professional obligation to retain.
Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database used by our internal portal, accessible only to Sama staff. Nothing you submit is written into the public website.
A small number of third parties necessarily see something in the course of the site working:
The assistant on this site sends what you type to Anthropic to generate a reply. If the conversation contains anything worth remembering, a short summary is written to your own browser so the assistant can pick things up on a return visit.
That summary lives on your device, not on our servers, and it expires by itself after thirty days of not being used. It is sent back with your next message so the assistant knows what you told it before — which is the whole point of it, and also the reason it is worth knowing about. “Clear chat history” in the chat window deletes it immediately.
The assistant is instructed never to record payment details, identity documents, passwords or health information. As with any chat, though, the reliable protection is not typing anything you would not want kept.
Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. We would rather you raised it with us first at Contact@samaconsulting.ca.
